We've got...
6 weeks until Landon's Ironman
6 weeks until our 5 year anniversary (which we'll celebrate by Landon doing an Ironman, ha!)
8 weeks (minus one day :)) until the last day of school
8 weeks (minus one day) until I'm officially a stay at home mom!
10 weeks until our due date
10 weeks (and a few days) until Landon's first father's day as a daddy--does it still count even if Aedan hasn't made his entrance into the world yet? I think it does. I plan on celebrating. :)
13 weeks (roughly) until Aedan's future friend, sweet Baby Holmes', due date
17 weeks until Landon's 28th birthday
18 weeks until my little brother's wedding
It feels like right around this year last time, I was having the same kind of countdown going on in my head...this is just a busy, fun time of year. So many exciting things are coming up and some days it's hard not to look at the calendar and want it all to be here right now. But, I know that in just a short time, life will never be the same, so we're trying to just enjoy the days we have right now and not wish them away.
And, on a totally unrelated note, our baby has been moving around like a crazy person all day. And I haven't been eating anything sugary or anything--he must have rested up this weekend and have a lot of pent up energy, ha! It's been fun to feel though--except for when he keeps sticking his little foot or hand or elbow or something into my ribs. :) My kids in my last period class kept telling me that my stomach was crooked and they could see the baby moving. I think a couple of them were a little weirded out, ha! But the girls were so distracted by it they kept staring at me and not working. It was an interesting day. :)
And, on another completely, completely unrelated note...some of our seeds are already sprouting, both inside and outside! We've got some corn, lettuce, broccoli and green beans! For some reason, I think growing things is so fun.
And on that note, happy Monday! Have a great week!
PS--to those of you who read my last post and emailed about feeling bad for making me feel crazy, please don't feel bad! I promise, it's me, not you, ha! I wasn't thinking about anyone actually reading this blog; I was just writing and was not meaning to imply that anyone did anything to make me feel crazy. Really. I promise. :) But, you make me thankful that I have such sweet people in my life to care that much.

Yay! That's neat we made the list. :) See you soon!
