It's crazy to think that we're leaving for Chicago in less than 2 days--and when we return to Houston we'll both be marathoners! Woohoo!
We have been diligently checking the weather this week and this Sunday in Chicago it's a low of 37 and a high of 48! YIKES--it's gonna be cold. We're going this week and buying some old sweats and gloves and things to keep warm--and praying that it doesn't rain and that it warms up at least a tad. :)
I think we're both a little nervous and also excited--it's just still crazy to think that we're really about to run a marathon. Sometimes I still can't really wrap my mind around it, but at the same time I'm ready for it to be here.
